Theodore Roszak - Paintings and Drawings from the Thirties
$12.00Price
Released in conjunction with an exhibition at the Hirschl and Adler Galleries from January to February, 1989. Why the exhibition was only a month long, I'm not sure, because these paintings are awesome. Very weird, colorful, blocky, scary looking people with weird shaped heads, I love this stuff. This book features an essay talking about Theodores move from painting to sculpture, as well as a ton of color and black and white pieces that were in the exhibition, including some early sketches next to their final products.
Softcover, 80 pages.
1989.
Condition: good, except for some tearing on the front cover where - again! - it looks like someone tried to get a label off. See front cover photo.
